Special Device Considerations: |
|
1) User Flash 128KB: [0x0000-0x1FFFF].
2)User Check sum 2bytes: [0x90300000-0x90300001]. This feature is for read only.
3) Flash protection 128 Bytes: [0x90400000-0x9040007F].
4) Device Silicon ID: [0x90500000-0x9050000B]. This feature is for read only for the addresses [0x90500002,0x90500003 and 0x90500005].
5) Chip Level Protection 1 byte: [0x90600000]: This feature is for read and verify only for the addresses [0x90600000].
* There are four states of Chip Level Protection into which the silicon can be moved:[ VIRGIN(0x00), OPEN(0x01), PROTECTED(0x02), KILL(0x04)].
- VIRGIN(0x00) - This mode is not for custom use. Can not program this value to device.
- OPEN(0x01) - In this mode, can access all the needed resources, including Erase, program and verify flash.
- PROTECTED(0x02) - In this mode, access to Flash is disabled. Still allow to Erase and reprogram flash.
- KILL(0x04) - The device can no longer be updated.
6) The address [0x90600001] is ignored.
Serialization is not supported.
